Prayer

Prayer is a multimedia installation that aims to reconstruct and embody the content & composition of superstitious activities in social media in the internet age. The installation consists of two main parts, an online webpage and an offline Arduino-powered mechanism and physical setup. Through the user's prayers on the webpage, the raspberry pi will conduct the signal, thus the fish tank (temporarily) placed in NYU Shanghai Room 826 will receive a gold coin, symbolizing the completion of the user's prayer.
